• Device Token: A unique identifier provided by Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver notifications to your device
• App Version: The version of SideOut installed on your device

This information is used solely to send you notifications about your favorite teams, events, and tournaments.

2. Subscription Preferences

When you enable notifications for specific items, we store:

• Which teams, events, divisions, or pools you want to receive notifications about
• Your notification preferences for each subscription

This data is linked to your device token, not to any personal identity.

3. Feedback (Optional)

If you choose to submit feedback through our app or website, we may collect:

• Name: Optional - only if you provide it
• Email: Optional - only if you provide it
• Message: Your feedback or comments
• Rating: Your app rating (1-5 stars)

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Uninstall: Removing the app will delete all locally stored data and deactivate your device registration

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app displays publicly available sports tournament information and does not require account creation or personal information to use core features.

If you are accessing our app from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.
